Refund policy
This product is covered by a 12-month warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty period begins on the date of purchase.
Warranty Coverage (1 Year)
The following major components are warranted for 1 year against defects in materials and workmanship only:
Base, drum, top cover, side cover, waste drawer, and waste bag box.
*If the defect is confirmed to be a product quality issue, Pawdi will replace the product with an equivalent part, depending on the circumstances.
Items Required to Claim Warranty Claim
- Documents verifying the purchase date (receipt, order history, etc.)
- Serial number label affixed to the product
- Information demonstrating the defect (photos, videos, error messages, etc.)
The warranty does not cover the following situations.
- Damage caused by misuse, dropping, submersion, strong impact, disassembly, or modification.
- Failures due to use or installation contrary to the instruction manual.
- Deterioration caused by storage or installation environments, such as prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, high temperatures, and humidity.
- Failures or damage caused by use other than for general household use (e.g., commercial use or prolonged continuous operation).
- Replacement of consumables (deodorizing filters, garbage bags, mats, etc.).
- Minor cosmetic scratches, wear, discoloration, or deterioration due to aging.
- Damage caused by natural disasters such as fires, earthquakes, and lightning strikes.
Other Notes
- The warranty applies only to the original purchaser.
- After the warranty period expires, all services will incur a fee.
- Product specifications are subject to change without notice.
